Hulopo’e Court, Four Seasons Resort Lana’i at Manele Bay Lanai

Named after Hulopo‘e Bay, the immaculate white-sand beach gracing Lana‘i’s shoreline, Hulopo‘e Court is Four Seasons Resort Lāna‘i at Manele Bay’s main dining room. Views from it are legendary, overlooking the sparkling waters of its namesake bay. Hulopo‘e Court specializes in creative Pacific Rim cuisine, reflecting the diverse cultures of Hawaii’s history, all prepared with the freshest island ingredients. Located on the lower lobby level, the 145-seat Hulopo‘e Court serves breakfast and dinner. A sampling of dishes includes: Ahi Poke and Kona Kampachi Tostadas with ogo seaweed and mango aoli; Steamed Hawaiian Seafood Laulau with scallops, shrimp, local catch, garden vegetables, Moloka‘i sweet potatoes and lomi tomatoes; and Hawaiian Style Short Ribs with kalbi glaze and Asian cole slaw.
